PORTLAND, Ore. - Paul Bittner scored two goals and Nicolas Petan added three assists as the Portland Winterhawks took Game 1 of the Western Hockey League final with a 5-2 win over the Edmonton Oil Kings. The Oil Kings responded, as Pollock scored his team-leading 11th goal of the post-season to put Edmonton on the board 20 seconds into the second period and Samuelsson scored exactly two minutes later to make it 3-2.
